Shipping Time
Most orders ship 8-10 business days after ordered unless otherwise stated on the
product page. If there is a delay, you will be contacted and given the chance to cancel
your order without penalties. If you choose to print your order, you may mail it to us
along with your personal check or money order made payable to: Patricia Schmidt.
Orders by personal check may be held up to 10 business days in order for the check
to clear.

$50.01-$100.00 = $10.00
$100 and up = Free
Shipping Method
We ship via USPS or UPS ground at our discretion and depending on which is most
time and cost effective.
Refunds & Returns
No returns will be accepted. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same
item only within 30 days from date of receipt of shipment. All DVDs are in Full
Screen, Region 1 NTSC Format. We do accept International Orders but we are not
responsible for incompatibility issues. No other warranties are offered or implied.
Payment Methods Accepted
Payments are processed via Paypal. We never see your credit information. Paypal
accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and eChecks. You may also
print your order and mail in with your personal check or money order. Don't forget to
add the appropriate S&H from the chart above. Make checks payable to:
